The U.S. Hickory Open Registration
If you want to register for the U.S. Hickory Open tournament you have two options:
1) You can register online at the Society of Hickory Golfers website:

2) Or you can download, print out and complete the PDF application found below. Completed applications must be received before June 6th, later applications will be accepted but we can not guarantee gift package items (such as shirts, engraved items...) will be available to entrants after this cut off date.
